elliott yamin's new song movin' on. what do u think? i think it's good

I think "Movin' On" may very well be one of the best initial tracks from an American Idol alumnus!
I honestly thought "Movin' On" was going to be a single in the USA and internationally. For one, radio airplay was starting to build for "Movin' On" in the Philippines (where album tracks from independent artists and major label artists without distribution have a good chance of airplay). This was a strong statement for the quality of this song, especially since there is nothing else playing that sounds even remotely like it.
Elliott's vocals are strong and clear, and instrumentation is topnotch. The layering of his background vocals was superb and virtually flawless.
Alas, "Movin' On" turned out to be only a teaser track, and the actual initial single is a listless and generic R&B ballad, "Wait For You." While the song is also growing on me, I don't think "Wait For You" showcases Elliott's vocals as brilliantly as "Movin' On," and I was not impressed with it overall. Hopefully, I will be proven wrong if "Wait For You" turns out to be a hit.

I love it...I kinda over played it, but I still can't get enough of his voice!
I recently heart his "You are the one" Acoustic...Now that is truely amazing...And his actual single "Wait for you", Mannn, makes me melt to hear him sing things like that.
He's a brilliant singer / songwriter...I can't wait until the 20th!

omg! i LOVE dat song! i've been repeating it a lot of times. i was on taylor's side when he was on idol but now i think i like elliott better.

Its alright... not the best though. I perfer Chris Daughtry and Kat Mcphee.

yeah they have them taking part in on 2 distinctive radio stations. i replaced into making a track to my sister like 10 minutes in the past. lamest christmas track... final christmas i gave you my coronary heart however the very next day you gave it away, this year to maintain me from tears, i will provide it to somebody specific (specific) :P
