Q. No school can deny admission to a child with disability. Comment ?
Schools that are known for their quality education should be the first to provide inclusive education. Or else how can you claim to be a leader ?
I disagree, when the school is NOT equiped to handle the disablitiy it will take resources from the other students. This is one of the ONLY times I agree with the Home Schooling clause in the local State education law. When needed the State will allow Home schooling when public schooling is not equiped to handle the needs of the student. The farm student/worker clause is almost no longer valid, and many other exceptions are bogus.

ONLY spastic children, deaf & dumb and the blind should be directed to the
special schools that are equipped with specially skilled staff, play ground and seating system. Unfortunately, it is different here. They look at this point
in a different way. Teaching such children needs patience and time. Instead
of such a kid, they will admit two normal kids aiming revenue in mind. Lack
of the above facilities will clearly rule in their favour. At the same time we should also understand their limitations . Other kids with limb deformity etc.,and without any contagious diseases be as a matter of right should get admitted. Only the government can bring such a ruling. But how come they will get time while debating about cast reservations?

Disability mean dump and deaf, cannot be admitted in normal school, where they don't have trained teachers to teach the. They may not deny, but it is better to seeks admission in special needs school.

In Australia, school enrolments are based on where you live, with each school having there own 'zone'. if you reside within this zone then the public school cannot refuse you enrolment. The only exception is that if your child has a profound disability they may be deemed unsuitable for integration into the mainstream education system, the government provides specialist schools for these children.

yes as far as i know there is no such law in our constitution but still there are a lots of school which dont give admission to disabled children.they say that there are other special schools for them.........
but i think if the parents want there kids to go in normal school than we should respect there feelings and they should be given admissions.

i don't understand yet I advantageous could choose to. i think of there must be arguments made the two techniques. If a newborn hits different pupils or has agression issues, that could impact different pupils. If the incapacity isn't adversarial or bodily risky to the different teenagers, the college would not have a reason to disclaim admission that i'm able to think of of.

schools can deny admission to anyone. if your brat has a disability, then the school you want them to go to CAN deny them, if they feel that your kid's disability is something they are not equipped to handle.

Not in the Philippine context. See, Philippines is somehow a poor country (admitting) that the best things in life are for sale.
