Easy, I'll give you two. But be aware that the mortgage industry is changing. It's getting harder and harder for people with bad credit to qualify. Try

I can't recommend because I know too much. On line you may not be able to read the small, fine print that some lenders add in. For instance, when you see an ad saying $695 for a $300,000 mortgage, you may not know until it's too late that that is an introductory rate for the first few months and that the price can go up incrementally until it reaches a high that you're unable to afford.
Then, the Seller takes the property back (i.e. foreclosure). Also mortgage companies that charge a higher rate, such as above 9% are called BC lenders, who are taking a real beating right now. One closed last week.
Better to work with a local lender whose face you can see, who can give you sound advice on improving your scores.
Otherwise you'll forever be paying hundreds more per month than others. And this limits you from saving money.

It is getting harder for people with bad credit to qualify for a loan. However, it can be done. I would stay away from online companies because all they do is send your information to a bunch of lenders and then they all pull your credit and your score takes a hit. Work with a mortgage broker, they pull your credit once and "shop" your loan around to find someone who will do the loan. I'm an experienced Loan Officer with a well established 16 year old company and I do bad credit loans all day. Send me an e-mail at anjones02@yahoo.com and I will see what I can do for you.

I would not recommend calling any single company. I would call a broker.
You should be able to find several in the telephone book in your immediate area. Be sure to check them out through the BBB or if in a small area the Chamber of Commerce may be able to help you.
A broker is able to pull your credit once, yet prequal with 40+ lenders to see who can give you the best deal. Although they get their wholesale rates be prepared for high inteirest if you have bad credit.
One more thing, many people who think that they have bad credit, simply don't. I have people tell me that they have bad credit all the time and then when I pull their credit it's a conforming loan.
Best of Luck

I recommend Hamlin Mortgage. They do business in 48 states and specialize in saying yes to folks with bad credit. Check out the free evaluation form at the source website. Take a few seconds to fill it out and a Hamlin loan officer will contact you within 24 hours. Good luck.
