I suffer the same problem and it is a nuisance and yours could be the same problem dust mite allergy and or Rhinitis
The following helps me:
A nasal spray for allergies from your doctor;
Change your pillow case every other day;
Vacuum your mattress and turn down your duvet all day leave your bed to air all day;
Try a little vaseline up your nose careful not to rub the delicate membranes and get rid of the cat if it sleeps on your bed and last but not least keep the heating turned off in your bedroom at night.
I would also get the doctor to check out your nose you see if you have picked up a bacterial infection, this seems to go hand in hand with a continual a bloody blocked up nose.
Fresh air helps also.

That happenend to me for the first time this winter too. I went to the doctor and he said it was most likely due to dry membranes in my nose. He said to get a dehumidifier or use saline nasal spray. I got a bottle of saline nasal spray because it was only $3 and have used it a few times a day since and have not had any problems. For me the nose bleeds in the morning were accompanied by a constant sore throat.

Try using a humidifier. My son does that sometimes and that's what everyone told me to do and it works.Dry air can cause nose bleeds and we have that alot in the winter time because of the heat in the house, so it happens to my son more in the winter.Use a humidifier at night when you are sleeping and it should help.Good luck.

I'm not a doctor or anything related to that, but I've had a friend who kept on having nose bleeding during classes, and she passed away eventually... Due to inflammation of wound somewhere inside of her skull (brain? veins?) or something else. I don't know, but go consult your doctor to be on the safe side.

My boyfriend used to have nosebleeds in the morning more often during winter. he got a humidifier and it worked just fine for him. Sometimes the air is just dry and that can happen.

That happens to me every once in awhile. It's caused by allergies for me. It's set off by that new plant I put in my room, or a guest who smokes staying over, or something like that.
I don't know if it applies to you. You might want to see a doctor.

Maybe you got your handphones beside you while you are sleeping. Handphones can be a bad radiation did you know that?
Try to stay away from you handphones. If you wanna chat at night use home telephone rather than handphones

Perhaps the air is too dry in your bedroom and is drying out your mucous membranes. Do you have a humidifier?
