can i just ask why you had an abortion? i mean, was it an spontaneous abortion? i hope you are asking this because you really want a baby..
to answer your question, if you are planning to have another pregnancy the answer is no.. the inside lining of your uterus is still "injured" from the curettage (i hope you did) that you had. give it time.. but if you just want to have sex, that's alright i guess. just make sure you use protection.

You may go back to your normal activities as soon as you feel fine. Most women are able to return to regular activities within a day, however, avoid strenuous exercise (jogging, biking, heavy lifting) for several days. Any activity that increases your cramping and/or bleeding should be scaled back. To prevent infection, do not douche or have intercourse until after your check-up. You may take a bath or go swimming in a pool, but avoid water skiing and swimming in a lake, ocean or river, for the next 2 weeks to prevent infection.

protected sex, only if your up to it.

you know you should get birth control before you have sex cause that can cause you to get pregnant again...i cant believe your thinking of sex after an abortion..how dare you! sorry this is my opinion

Give yourself time to recover, you may have to be careful in case of infection, you should have asked your doctor.
