this question is easy if you think of it. If you could travel the galaxy, and visit other worlds, don't you think that if you came across a planet like this one and could see us, or pick up our broadcasts, would you visit? its a primitive race, that has wars and horrible things happening, I really think they would put a quarantine on this planet, so they wouldn't get killed by such a barbaric species. so, absolutely not. for if there was, they would be SMARTER then humans. we believe in aliens because we think we are special, just like when they believed the sun revolved around the earth
