It's a very vague question but I will presume to assume you mean, roughly, "does anyone have a right to lie?"
Do we (I, you, anyone) have a right to lie? Yes, of course. Lie all you want but realize that there will be consequences, even consequences one might not account for.
We can lie to plan surprises for our loved ones: a marriage proposal, a surprise party, etc. We can lie to protect people: "Did he suffer when he died?" A) no one can really know the truth and, B) Why would you want to hurt more when you are all ready hurting and there's nothing to be done about any of it?
These are not malicious lies.
I do not believe in any moral blanket saying lying is right or wrong. There are always going to be situations in which the dishonesty pays off for all and times when complete disclosure only causes more harm.
As humans we believe ourselves to posess intelligence: the ability to decide between right and wrong, moral and immoral, good and bad. However, it also means that we don't adhere to such black and white thought processes. We can set guidlines for ourselves and each other but allow for the situation at hand and decide what is right and wrong for ourselves. We have the ability to realize that what we do can affect others and they will react in kind.
We have the right to lie but, especially if we hurt others in the process, we have to allow for undesired and unexpected consequences.

We all have the right to make our own decision, if that be to tell a lie then so be it.
A lie does not necessary need to be a bad thing , the dictionary says it means to deceive , to speak untruthfully. However it can be to protect someone, we don't need to know everything, of course it depends on the lie the reason for the lie all that stuff

We have only those rights that are granted to us by social convention or Law..... I am not aware of any right to lie having been so granted..... on the contrary, one can be punished for lying before a Court of Law or under oath.
No we don't have any right to lie.... however, we are free to lie and be prepared to face the consequences..... since we believe our lie will not be detected or in certain circumstances, even if detected, it is not specifically punishable by Law, that is why we indulge quite so frequently in lying. However, there can be circumstances when a lie is accepted as unavoidable as per social conventions, such as if it is not illegal and causes no harm to anyone and is told to protect oneself. That in no way does mean that we have a right to lie.

We have a right to lie so long as the one to whom we lie has NO RIGHT to the information. When one has no right to the information, the speaker does not lie, for without a right to the information whatever is said by the speaker is rendered meaningless. For example, the Nazi soldier looking for the Jewish child hidden in your home. The Nazi soldier has no right to that information, therefore it renders whatever said to the soldier meaningless.
Thus we can lie to save lives, to protect identities etc.
If and only if someone has the right ot the information is it considered a lie.

We have a right to lie. Most of us - (who am I kidding) ALL of us use that right freely. Hopefully, we are using it correctly. Sometimes, in certain situations, you must lie.
