First I would see about getting a Order of Protection for your children. Maybe stating something that the environment that your wife is currently in is unsafe and would be unsafe if the children were in her care. Not sure if you can do this, but I would try because an Order of Protection, rather it be justified or not, are applied immediately until you two go to court for the Order of Protection.
Second I would gather as much "dirt" not just on your wife but on the guy she is hanging with. You may want to try to get police records on the guy she is with. Start a journal and record everything. The good and the bad. Believe me you will probably find more bad than good at this point. Note things like the times she has been over at his house, note how she makes no effort that day to contact the kids, not her spending the night at his place. I know the journal things sounds a little silly, but it will be the most important thing in your case. And of course.....pictures and video tape...it's a free country my friend.
Get the best lawyer that has an excellent record of winning custody for the man. If you don't know then ask them. Ask your neighbors about who is the best lawyer too. Just because they are the best doesn't mean that they will cost the most either. But even if they do...we are talking about your 2 little girls.
Third.....well contact me any time you want. My Yahoo IM is sdo3lg. I went through somewhat of the same thing. Very similar to your situation...I had 3 daughters and I got custody of my babies. They were only 3 years, 2 years, and 6 months old at the time.

Hire a lawyer or petition the court for temporary custody. Unfortunately a judge will have agree this is what is best for the kids and also you will have to re-file every few weeks until the divorce the temporary orders only last a little while and are a bit costly. If you really feel your wife shouldn't be around the kids it is worth it and will really help in the actual court case battle over custody.

Well in this case it is hard to have on papers temporary custody. But you can go to a local police station and ask what they think you should do, if nothing there get some answers from an attorney. Keep her out of sight for awhile, it maybe hard on your kids but in the long road they will understand. And make that divorce come quickly, dont hesitate, the longer the worse. Good luck to you.

Get all of your data jointly on your legal professional before you flow to courtroom. record the data of her daughter being a accessible threat for your sons. Have the police comments of family members battery arrests and the courtroom effect on your spouse. once you've any associates or friends which will testify on the divorce or signal a testimony attempt this also. manage to again up with evidence something that you or your legal professional tell the decide. From what you've stated, the possibilities sound like they are more suitable positive than 50% you are able to get finished custody and he or she could have vacationing rights.

Have an attorney or yourself file a claim of abandonment and you can get an order that allows you to have sole custody until you proceed with Divorce actions.

did you not say that she was 2 block down to you
that mean she knows where the girls are, but don't want to take them
you sound so bitter I would advise you to get counseling for yourself because those girls are going toask lots of ?s and you wnat to be able to answer them properly
as for your wife give your lawyer paper that show proof that you have have been taken care of them full time
Good luck

1. RESTRAINING ORDER.
2. MOVE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
3. GET A FREE CONSULTATION FROM AN ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY!
4. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT, GET A SECOND OPINION TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE.
5. TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR BABIES, HAVE SOMEONE MAKE A CALL OR RESTRICT YOUR NUMBER AND CONTACT CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES FOR ADVICE.
6. IF ALL ELSE FAILS, CONTINUE TO PRAY!!!!
GOOD LUCK!!
