There are literally thousands of buyers in metal scrap and they deal in varying sizes plus there operations run anywhere in India. Usually these people work in teams.
Many of the traders are located in Mumbai, too.
If you could be specific about your choice of metals and the size of deals, may be someone can give you accurate references. I can also provide you with details. But be specific.
