I'm not sure of the terms in law but I think you need proof to show evidence of infidelity or unfaithfulness by the spouse(s). Photographs and video taking are done by detectives etc. I guess this all I cna share with you. Good luck.

Adultery is no longer a valid argument for divorce, at least, the judge i had said it wasn't .....it just marked it up as irreconcilable differences.
