What does it mean when she says...i think your a cool person but im not looking for any thing serious right now due to time constraints with school and work. I'm totally fine with hangingout when the semester is over with. Well this comes from a girl that layed her head on my shoulders and held my hand towards the end of the first date. I'm working on my MBA and she's working on her doctorate so i understand the time issues. If there is someone who can read in between the lines that would be great let me know. thanks

She either is serious about her time constraints, and she probably is being honest -- college work is tough and girls' school work often suffers greatly, more so than guys' work usually, when they get deeply involved when working on a degree. She didn't say she didn
t want to see you any more, but that her priority is school right now. Respect that and be there if she needs a friend, don't be pushy, you and she have lots of time -- you are young, your futures are the most important thing right now.
if you think she is blowing you off, just ask her for a minute of her time and say, nicely, "Is what you told me true or were you just trying to let me down easy?" Don't have a TONE, just a calm honest Q and ask her to be honest. Say if it's just the study pressure and you honestly want to resume our friendship when the presure subsides, that's fine with me and i'll respect that, I'd also appreciate it that if I'm not what you want, to please just tell me now." Either way you have saved face for both of you and saved time and heartache too. Best wishes. Girl's appreciate honesty. And kindness.

Sounds like she's looking forward to spending time with you, but not right now. After her studies are over. She's telling you straight up. She's probably worried you will distract her away from her studies, her grades would drop and she'd be unhappy.

Maybe she hasn't been out on a date in a while, and just needed some extra comfort/connection and used your shoulder. That's ok, don't read too much into that one.

I get the feeling she's not interested in you romantically. It could be that she's not open to anyone right now. Keep in touch with her, give her the time and space she needs and let her know you're interested in being her friend too.

It could turn into dating later, so wait a while. That's my take. Best wishes to you.

It means you would be a good friend but just not her one and only. She doesn't see you as more than a friend and was trying to be nice by saying it the way she did.

i think she just wants the relationship completely platonic (for now).
her studies are taking up the bulk of her time, which she cant afford to just set aside for a boyfriend.
just be understanding 'cause she already has a lot of stress from school.

hope it works out.
bye (:

It means that she's just not that in to you, man. You were a good surrogate, but not intended for long time use.

it means you don't perk her interests enough, but she cares enough about you to not directly hurt your feelings. i don't care what reasons people give for breakups, if someone is interested enough, they will stick with it.

She's not sexually attracted to you. Unless you just want to be her "friend", forget her and move on.
