Try eatin 6 small meals a day, you know fruit for snacks and normal food for the three normal meals, drink lotsa water, vitamins cant hurt, prenatal is good for women pregnant or not, vitamin c, get some excercise, it helps with stress, try to be organized with your possesions, when u know where your stuff is... no stress there.. take time for yourself to just sit and relax quietly....try some breathing technics to help reduce stress... you are pretty much normal weight for your height and age, but you might need more muscle tone.

Weird, that was exactly my weight and height before I started working out again, eating regularly, and taking a protein supplement. I was under a lot of stress as well, so I can completely relate to what you're going through. Is there any way you can cope with your stress, change the stressful situation to your advantage, or remove the stressful situation entirely? I know we can't control everything in our lives, but these are just some thoughts. What has worked for me best is getting some exercise - at least go for a walk! Walking gets you moving forward in a positive direction. If you can afford it, a personal trainer can assess your diet and exercise routine and give you new ideas and lots of support. Also, be sure to vent regularly to a friend or family member who doesn't mind, or write in a journal. If you're artistic, find some time to do what you love - paint, write, whatever. Make sure you take time out for you at least once in awhile, even if it's just taking that short break from the office, going for a walk, or doing something relaxing and distracting from whatever is stressing you out. I feel better now that I've gained about seven pounds and am following the instructions of my trainer. I'm also trying to get more sleep, but that's hard in today's world. I'm sure you won't be this stressed out forever, but good luck in the meantime!

besides the fact that an idiot posted before me, i will fully answer your question.
my sister is also 5'3 and 100 pounds. she is a size 0 to 2 in jeans size, and for her height, she is considered a healthy weight. i am assuming, using my sister as an inference, that you too are a healthy weight also
now just because you are at a healthy weight does not make you healthy. you can still be suffering from a number of symptoms such as high blood sugar, high blood pressure, other illnesses such as high cholesteral or a number of dystrophies or mental conditions, but those are all possibilities, it can be that you are completely healthy.
now stress is definitely a problem that cannot be good for your health. make sure you keep water and juices in your diet. high vitamin C will regulate your immune system which helps fight against foreign pathogens and other viruses and diseases. To deal with stress, listen to slow music and read something you enjoy. Find people/friends to hang out with whenever you are going under a mental breakdown or just take it easy by taking a warm bubble bath or taking a nap. Play games online too, such as yahoo games, to calm your nerves. There are so many remedies to reducing stress I surely can't answer them all here.
The key ingredient though, however, and always remember, is to KEEP YOUR MIND BUSY. human beings are organisms that were designed to process information so it is a hedonic need to stimulate our mind into a thinking process. Use cognitive activity such as putting puzzles together and trying to solve riddles, etc. to meet this natural human need and it will calm you down. in the end, you will feel rewarded.
hope this helps

i don't know much about handling stress,im sorry to say. but perhaps u could try talking to someone about it.Maybe u could try and pinpoint the problem and try to take things easy? ..i guess it's alrite to be a 100
pounds if ur a growing teen who's around 5"3 coz weight varies a lot
at that stage. But since ur already 18,that's considered underweight.and it might be unhealthy. Try eating a bigger portion, with more protein. I hope my rather vague answer helps more than the ones some idiots hv posted before me.
