The CDs which came with the Win XP. Just go to the add/remove area, and detect the USB port, and it should suggest drivers (or search for compatable ones from the MS pages).

check out windows xp website. also you can intiate a system update. Just go to tools in Internet Explorer and click Windows update. Now i'm not sure what that word "installables" is supposed to mean. But also if you are referring to drivers for devices that plug into usb ports, then you would need to go to those individual manufacturer's websites for the drivers. i.e. Lexmark Printer Driver... go to http://www.lexmark.com

best buy is where i go for all my computer needs but staples or officemax may have it. hope it helps.
