Do you believe that America is above all other countries and that its role is to rule the world?

to 3C and others. This is not what I think, it is not my opinion since I always loved America but I think is a kid who doesn't know that in Europe there is a good bunch of people that believe seriously in that. Say this. Do you think that Washington woul allow the Italian Secret Service to kidnap a supposed terrorist in US soil and take it to Egypt for trial? Do you think that a foreign fighter pilot can play a stupid game while flying low level in a valley in Italy killing 12 people without being jailed afterward? Do you think is correct that within an alliance everyone must listen and obey to the US while US doesn't give a damm to other ally's opinion? You know what is the risk? Isolation. And, with all respect, I do not think that US can live in total isolation.

No I do not.

I believe in democracy.

When one country, even though that country in itself is a democracy, rules the world, that depicts the world as a monarch and not a global democracy.

It counterminds the logic and reasoning of democracy.

It is completly wrong statement.

Who said this????, See America has a supreme power in money and other wealth that too it is not getting from their own orgin and they are getting from some other coutries,

Main reason is america has money power and it is established their business in all over the world. Automatically if any body doesnot support they will automatically close their business in that area, that's y all r afraiding, even if we a got a good leader for our country he can do it and he can make INDIA as a supreme power in the world.

No silly. All countries are just that, countries. It is the big businesses that want to branch out into the rest of the world. I think most Americans are happy to live and do interact right on their own soil.

No. Americas role is not to "rule the world." America has the same role as any other country in todays society, to exist.

Not sure about all that but I do believe that we are the best country in the world. If I didn't I would live elsewhere. I don't think it is up to us to make everything right in the world. But we have a right to defend what is ours.

The United States is above all other countries, that's why everyone hates us. But our role should be to lead not rule.

America is a superpower but it has no right to rule the world.

That's a whole lotta nonsense. It's like asking whether there is a "chosen people". We are all God's creatures, therefore we should look out for each other's welfare, not try to dominate each other.
