You have not got the picture exactly right.
First, no Christians are dying for Israel.
Second, "The Arabs themselves cannot be considered but temporary residents. They pitched their tents in its grazing fields or built their places of refuge in its ruined cities. They created nothing in it. Since they were strangers to the land, they never became its masters. The desert wind that brought them hither could one day carry them away without their leaving behind them any sign of their passage through it".
- Comments by Christians concerning the Arabs in Palestine in the 1800s
Third, before the days of Muhammad, Christian conquerors had occupied Jerusalem (within the Byzantine Empire). Bringing one's religion into battle demonstrated that both their armies and their religion were superior to those of their victims when they won. So, they usually built their holy places on top of their victims' holy places, which they did on the Temple Mount, to absorb the strength of their conquered adversaries and to convert them to their religion. Even under the threat of the sword, the Jews refused to convert and allow their lineage to be absorbed, which would in effect, transfer God's Covenant.
Muhammad died in 632 CE. Jerusalem was subsequently captured from the Romans by caliph Omar, six years after Muhammad's death. There was a struggle over who would assume Muhammad's role as leader of the new religion of Islam which he had envisioned.

oh boy 3C is now more hated than me.
It's because Israel is helping protect CHristians in Lebanon, allegely. We gave Israel to the Jews, because we want a non muslim to protect the holyland. I guess we learn from the crusade, that some muslims will war for possession of that land. I guess the English rather prefer a non CHirstian die protecting it rather than Christain blood.
Don't ask me anymore. Geo-politics is now giving me a headache.

If "dieing" is anything like dying, then you are not accurate.
No Christians are dying in the Middle East for Israel. Unless you count the Palestinian Christians who have been subjected to terror by the Muslim terrorists.
They are suffering for no sin on their part, other than not bowing to Muhammad

Most Christians feel the need to defend Israel because of biblical quotes to defend Israel. The bible says in somewhere that "I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse" and that it one of the examples. But the bible makes it clear that "Not all Israelites are His," and also "Those I came for received Me not." This means that despite God's promises to Israel,He will judge all men not according to the family (Israel) you belong to whether Abraham,Moses or Jacob.Any wonder Jesus accepted Gentiles into the midst of Jews who felt that Gentiles shouldn't be in their midst?
Lots of people are taking advantage of being Israelites but the bible makes it clear that He will come not as a lamb but as a lion and that means,no favoritism!!!!

Israel doesnt care about christians....if that was the case, they would stop expelling christian arabs(palestinians) out of their homes.
I think if you asked a christian arab their opinion about israel, they will have a different opinion than a western christian.
See what the lebanese christians are saying about Israeli's

I just want to be on the side of my Creator. What really matters when you're being sucked through a blackhole in space, or the planet is exploding ?

The notion of "end times" is nonsense. There is no such thing -- at least for the next five billion years or so.
