As per Indian astrilogy Shani -sadhe sati is for testing and spirtual cleaning it it true?

For mithun rashi it is the last 21/2 yrs now.
This is the phase where shani will give benefits.

Shani is known to bestow good happenings in the last phase i.e.

71/2 is divided into three 21/2 phases.
This last or 3rd phase is good for mithun raashi.
