Since the organism is made of Eukaryotic cells, bacteria and archae are out. However, since it's Euks I would put in Eukarya (C)

Archaea and bacteria are prokaryotic. Eukarya encompasses all organisms with eukaryotic cells including plants and animals. Plantae is a kingdom, so the domain is Eukarya. Answer C.
