I was sent by to make an explaination for the low turn out here !!
Seems there has been a very high and expediant need for their services in a couple of other places--- namely Iraq and Afghanistan of late so, there isn't quite the numbers that would normally be available !! There are record numbers of people that have been calling "special services" of late with specific requests for guardianship over certain individuals and a lot of general requests for the "guys and gals" in harms way--- these requests are taken very seriously by the Boss and so certain places have to do on somewhat shorter supply while the request line gets answered to the best possible result !!!!!!
Thank you for understanding--- hope you can work with what you have here--- but--- these are troubled times and we all have to do what we can !!!
