I have actually done that before and the way I did it was:
first I took my recent birthdays' day,
and then I started to count back the different days my birthday was on until I reached my birth year:
ex: this year my b-day was on Friday
that means LAST YEAR it was on a Thursday,
and so on, keep counting back days of the "week" per year
until you reach your birth year.
