If you have the original papers from the purchase of the care when new, there are numbers on those papers that tell the dealer how to make a key for you. Depending on how new it is you may have to get the key "flashed" so the car will accept it. Many cars built after 2000 have a sensor built in that "reads" the key before it will allow the engine to start.
If you don't have those papers, call a regular locksmith and they can make a key for you. Some even have equipment they can place in the lock and get a pattern so they don't have to tear the door apart.
Good luck.....

When you buy the car you get a serial number written on a piece of metal. That number is an authentification if you loose your keys. You just have to go to the dealer and wait a few days untill a new key is made.
