That is what dreams are for.
Things you do not resolve in your life are resolved in your dreams.
A feeling is just what you feel and not about anything you did.
What you feel may change as time passes.
I you hide a feeling, that means you think you're not supposed to feel that or maybe exposing your feeling would hurt someone and you do not want that.
Whatever the reasons, hidden feelings are better kept that way until they subside and vanish.
If they don't, then you have to face them and their consequences.

I think each of us have hidden feelings and I find nothing wrong with that unless it is something that needs to come out and can be helpful to ourselves or others.

Someone is bound to notice or find out if you keep hiding it. I believe that it works that way.

Inner turmoil is the 1st result as you see. Then stress, depression, fear, and perhaps anger. When it's appropriate and you can express yourself in such as way as to be constructive and not mean or destructive -- do so. You will keep yourself mentally healthy that way.

its best not to reveal them if you want to keep them a secret
Then again, it makes you feel much better to talk to people you trust very much about.... i had that feeling....
But if this person was untrustworthy, then i am in trouble
