I cut off 16 inches today for Locks of Love. I feel naked without my long hair.

I went Saturday to get just the dead ends cut off of mine and the hairdresser was not paying attention...snipped while talking to her neighbor...dead ends turned into 15 inches coming off. Only bright side was that I could also give to Locks of Love. I was not the least bit impressed. It made me very angry.

you always feel that way after cutting off a lot of hair. i've grown my hair really long but when i got my hair cut i don't think locks of love was around yet and so far my hair hasn't gotten long enough to donate. its cool that you do that, thats the one thing i really want to donate to but i just can't seem to let my hair grow.

Years ago, my hair was almost waist length when l decided to have it cut really short since summer is approaching. Everyone in school were dismayed thinking it a big loss to part with my long thick hair.
Too bad l had no one to donate it to.

Nice! My daughter did that too. I have a cousin that grew her hair all the way to her ankles! Not for me. I don't know if she still has it like that or not, because I haven't seen her in many many years, but if she did cut it off, I hope she donated it. That much hair would make a dozen wigs!

No I haven't. But my daughter made it a goal a couple years ago and refused to get her hair cut for that reason. My wife made a big deal of it, took pictures and made a page for her scrapbook. I think she was 9 at the time.

I'm in the middle of it now, never had my hair long before, but I figure I'll grow it at least long enough to donate.

I have pretty very long hair, I like them but We think I would have them reduce short in about some two yrs

Usually, which too long for me. I believe it depends on the guy and also his face though. Certain guys may pull off long hair and other folks can't.

i could bypass forward and do it. possibly no longer all of it, yet an substantial chew! I even have long hair and that i could never area with it, yet i'm a woman, of course, so that's distinctive. It feels like the cons outweigh the experts. It isn't interior the way each and all of the time, and it is not plenty paintings to maintain up with it! you will save time and money on showers, and perchance p.c.. up a woman, who's acquainted with? ;D
