Is there a way to find a childs father without a name or dna sample? In a circumstance far as rape or one night stand..

Because the child would only have 50% of the father's DNA (he would have inherited one chromosome of each of his father's pairs of chromosomes) it would be impossible to definitively prove a man was the father. Genetics may be able to rule people out, if the child inherited a dominant gene and the person in question had a recessive trait, but that's about it.

A dna test is the best. If the father is a criminal then his dna may have been collected by the police.

Nope...must been the Father , Mother and child's DNA to compare. without fater's DNA there is no way you can find out whos the fater
