It depends on what you mean. If it's not a question of wealth and finances, then I think that women of all ethnicities love to shop and spend money equally. But since the world is less than ideal, income must be taken to account. White women tend to be more affluent than black women and they consequently have higher standards of living and can afford to buy larger amounts of better quality items.
