Race has nothing to do with spending. I hate to shop but many women love it to the point that they max out their credit cards. Many women shop to feel better or because it's a compulsion or just plain enjoyable. It's an individual thing, not a black and white issue.

I think black, white, red, yellow or polka dotted, WOMEN love to shop. However, there are more poverty stricken blacks in American than whites. Therefore, more black women can't afford to shop due to being poor. But for the black and white ladies that do have equal economic status, I'd say it's pretty much a toss up.

White women. They have the resources to spend a lot more money than we do. We blacks buy into a lot of consumer purchases, but white people and WOMEN have a larger sum of money at their disposal...

you can never get answer who spends more money between them. if they or their husband got money its an automatic reaction which leads to shopping.

SHE WHO HAS THE MOST MONEY WILL SPEND THE MOST.
It isn't a racial or ethnic thing, It has been portade as a female thing. Personally, I hate to shop.
