Someone who is smart, who won't take crap from people, and isn't overly-concerned with having the perfect nails or bag, etc.... Someone who can get in your face and be intemidating. A very goal-oriented woman. Someone who might be very business-y or sporty. Someone who asks guys out or is very selective of the type of guys/girls she goes out with. Someone who takes charge.
