Interesting question! Hmm, honestly I think he'd be a bit of both. Everyone likes having a friendly neighbor who's willing to help you out when you need it, but sometimes a too much niceness can get on your nerves. All in all, yeah, I think he'd make a good neighbor.

We have a guy in the neighborhood everyone calls Ned (not to his face) Because he acts like Ned Flanders. Hey is pretty annoying.

Great neighbor just not all the time...if you know what I mean. I am sure every once in a while he would get on a nerve but I would probably get on one or two his as well.
In the end, he would be much better than a great number of lousy neighbors out their that are completely inconsiderate of your time, space, property, sleep - i.e. barking dog(s) not that I am speaking from experience.
Anyway, I would take him as a neighbor!

You realize you are talking about a caricature of a person that is INTENDED by the writer to be annoying, don’t you…? Having said that, realize that Christians are people just like anybody else. Those who are conscientiously trying at the time, to be Christlike and friendly, will be good neighbors.

he'd be ok, as long as he didn't come over, he could end up like a jehovahs witness and peek in my windows and stuff and then i'd have to move.
