My opening paragraph is perfect, but I just need help on how the second paragraph should look like.

Well, it'd be nice to see your opening paragraph to decide what to do with the second paragraph. You could probably have the second paragraph identify violent crimes, third paragraph - identify sources of behavior, fourth paragraph - identify what organizations (like government) are doing to reduce the crime, fifth paragraph - state what you would do or suggest to others on what they should do, etc. Of course, each "paragraph" can have sub-paragraphs.

We need to take a serious look at the connection between the media and the rise and types of violence that are occurring.
We would have to be blind to not see the link between videos and violence to women in the Black community.
(Please give me a thumbnail sketch of your report when it's finished.)
