I suggest you go see a gynocologist. If you are pregnerant you will need one. Something serious could be going on with your body. You should put you mind at ease and go see gyno.
Are you having any pain.? any irregular bleeding? clots? It could be anything. I had problems with my period alot. Would be in lots of pain during menstral cycle. Would clot real huge blood. It ended up that I had cysts on my overies and the doctor did a D&C and removed them. Still had problems. Ended up having hysterectomy. should have gone to gyno sooner then I did. You need to not wait and go see a gynocologist as soon as possible. Don't put it off.

I think you need to go to a doctor and request blood test to be done over a few months to see if you body is producing the correct hormones for you to have a period. I would also ask for an ultrasound to see the size of your ovaries and if you have an cyst hiding in your ovaries. When I had my ultra soun my ovaries were nearly 5 cm long each when they were supposed to be about 1.7cm. I never had regular periods and it took doctors year to discover that I have polycyctic ovaries.
The scariest thing that I thought of was I never new if I was pregnant, my cousin used to have irregular periods and never did anything and she was diagnosed with oestoporisis by the age of 24 (when she finally got something done). She is not allowed to have kids because her bones wont cope.

I always tell people, never much around with this. Keep seeing different doctors until all these tests are done and you have a clear explanation of what is happening.

Take a pregnancy test if you are sexually active. If you are a virgin or haven't had sex in the past 5 months, there are several possible explanations.

Are you extremely underweight? If so, malnutrition or vitamin dificiencies could be responsible for your missed periods.

If you are extremely athletic, with very low body fat, that could also be the culprit. Women's bodies will halt the reproduction cycle if the body cannot support a fetus.

Illness or even cancer could also cause you to stop having periods, or early menopause.

You should definitely see a doctor as soon as possible. If you are pregnant, you need pre-natal care. If you aren't you really need to find out what is causing your missed periods immediately in order to avoid permanent health problems, infertility, or worse.
