I know this guy that all the time he trips me and stares at me and throws stuff at me (snow balls, oranges....) and I know that he knows that he is annoying me.

Yeah, that's normal. Try striking up a conversation with him. Nothing too romantic at first, just something he's into that you can hold your own talking about. Eventually, if he's really interested, he'll be comfortable enough to bring something up. Or, he'll be noticably uncomfortable and start shaking and stuff. Either way, he's into you.

Well, I've done the opposite. If I like a girl, I worry more about annoying her and spend less time caring for letting her know how I feel, and as a result I think sometimes that the opposite impression is set. I'm so careful so as not to hit on her and give unwanted attention that it probably looks like I don't like her at all. So, what this sounds like is that yes, he likes you, and he doesn't know how to show it calmly, so he gets your attention by throwing stuff and all. I mean, it's either that they annoy you or are charming and show a lot of attention, whichever they're more comfortable with.
I'm the only guy that doesn't do either of those things, but it hasn't really brought about positive results :-(

No. I might have when I was six years old, but I generally refrain from annoying women because I actually want to have a chance with them. Purposely annoying a woman (or anyone else) is very immature behavior.

lf he trips you, trip him too. lf he throws oranges, throw more at him. Wheater he likes you or not, it's not proper to be treated that way. Only idiots do that kind of immaturity.....not unless you're 15 and below.
Tell him to respect women. lf he can't, ignore him. He's not the only guy in this world.

If the guy is under the age of 13 (or just acts it), odds are, yup, he likes you. Attention is attention, after all!
