Hopefully we'll turn towards renewable energies such as wind, solar, or something produced from waste. Nuclear is a strong option in the future until we deplete that. Maybe a cold fusion plant once we get that all figured out.

For the time being, it appears to me that nuclear power has the best opportunity to generate the amount of power we need without seriously compromising the environment. I know that people are working on all sorts of renewable resources, like wind, waves, and solar, but only nuclear has been shown to be scalable to the levels that modern society demands. I know that nuclear power plants generate radioactive waste, but this can be controlled and contained, unlike coal and oil powered energy, which go into the air and contribute to global warming.

We'll turn the entire ozone layer into a solar panel which gets energy and stops UV rays.

It can only be one way and that is the way our Father in Heaven wants it to be. It has to be his son and the answer is we don't know what the end will be. God Bless You and keep on fighting the good fight!
