I have heard that it does basically the same thing for women as it does for men, and that is cause increased blood flow in the genital area.
Which means heightened arousal and thus better sex.
But be careful, it affects the heart and I think it raises blood pressure and thins the blood.
One thing I know for sure....about 4 hours after you take it you will get a headache, sometimes slight and sometimes very bad like migraine type, its one of the bad side affects.
