Like the ones in Predator movies, with bight red and green the majority. The videos are mostly downloaded from internet. Please help and tell me what things that I am lacking.

If you can watch other movies or video clearly except downloaded from internet then may be the problem is of codec. Do you have VLC player?
If you don't then search for it.

It may be that your video card just isn't good enough or your driver has been corrupted by some other installation. Try reinstalling the video driver.

If that doesn't work, you could try using MPC or VLC and apply filters to the video.

I would first check your color quality in Control Panel >> Display >> Settings (tab).. There will be a color quality dropdown, You should run this above 256 colors, Preferably around 16 or 32 bit. (16 million or 32 million)

To view certain videos you need to have the correct codec.
Windows movie files .wmv need the windows media player codec to be viewed properly....

I would suggest trying to download all the popular video player programs and see if any can properly render your video.

video card must be at least 128 MB to be able to see clearer pix,, also check your color settings and the type of player your using, you can install the player and the driver you currently using then install it again,,
