Oblivion is perfect for what you're looking for. It's a huge world that will give you hundreds of hours of gameplay. And with the frequent downloadable content from Xbox Live it will only continue to grow bigger.

Its from Square-Enix's Hironobu Sakaguchi character designer Akira Toriyama, who did Dragon Ball.

You'll definitely want to check out Oblivion, it's incredible. I also heard Enchanted Arms was good.
