always gets mad at the other man or woman, even though that other person didn't know that the person (the cheater) was even seeing someone else?

They just need someone to vent their anger on..because no matter how mad they are at the cheater..they love them still. Also people...women especially..are very territorial..like animals in a jungle. Vicious.

Cause maybe deep down it makes them feel better to think their partner was "seduced" and if it wouldn't have been for the other person, none of this would have happened. Not true though.

that is just the green eyed monster in them, many see that person as the threat that is causing problems between you and your partner.
I do not see it that way. If he is going to cheat on me with another woman that I do not and she doesnt know me....I am going after him...
However, if it is a woman that does know we are in a relatonship....I am still going after him............
But I will tend to her later.

its usually because they are too dumb to wanna admit that their cheating partner could have done this horrible thing to them on their own....it must have been the other evil person who coerced them into cheating on you.....
But also...its hard to be fair about who you're gonna be pissed off at when you've been betrayed.
