You forgot to mention the complete cancellation of the 9th and 10th amendments.
AMENDMENT IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
One more Amendment forgotten, ignored, flushed down the toilet. Remember the concept of common law? That's what this one is all about. Those who wrote this amendment thought it would take care of all the things they just couldn't write down in a lifetime. I guess they didn't try hard enough. Either that or they underestimated the power of stupidity in government.
AMENDMENT X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Wow! What happens when you hear someone quote this one? He is viewed as a bigot, racist, or any number of other negative descriptives. Never is it someone just trying to live by the law of the land. This one is just too inconvenient for anyone in position of Federal power. Even judges sitting on Federal benches pretend they never heard of the Tenth Amendment.

First of all I'd like to note that I'm Canadian so my outlook is different than that of someone which is a resident of the USA. I'm also not completely aware of your Bill of Rights; however, the amendments that you quoted the parts that have been removed do show a large disregard for human life and behaviour which in a sense has common ground with the ideology of the Nazi, But it also doesn't at the same time seeing as it was passed through government and Hitler started his power by committing treason on his own nation. The only conclusion is that I think that New Bill of Right has the possibility to have a negative effect on the global community.

For sure they will create another false flag situation like Hitler did with the burning of the Reichstag. People are foolish and believe such things don't happen here in America. Allot of what Hitler did is being repeated. An example "you don't smoke tabacco - it smokes you" - German anti-smoking propaganda poster... sound familiar? "tabaccosmokesyou.com" - american anti-smoking propaganda outlet... The german anti-tabacco and gun control laws are almost exactly the same as ours. the unjust invasions of other nations without provocation. The stripping of our rights. Secret concentration camps. It certainly concerns me, I think it started from being over regulated, now big brother tells us, we don't know how to raise our own kids. the P.C. it takes a village to raise our children crowd, new world order my rear, sounds like good old fashioned communism to me, their after the hearts and minds of our children, they want to strip our churches, & other places of worship, of their basic rights to exist if we don't rise up against them,they will succeed. everything is at stake here. I never wanted, to ever see the day in America, when parents don't have the right, to correct their children, with out the real possibility of being arrested for good parenting, but we all know that day is here already, the road to sin & death are paved with false good intentions, false because theirs no good in them, they just want us to be nave and easily led. but when we show common sense and resist their indoctrination of our children, they run to judges to make unconstitutional laws, to back their dictatorships up, when judges are not suppose to make any laws, thats the job for both houses, of Congress, not for judges with agendas.
