No shame if you are. No shame if you sleep with a night-light (unless you're old enough). Just kidding, people. Do you really sleep with a night-light? Do you get paranoid? Persoanally, I ain't. So do tell. Thanks. Peace!

I'm afraid of the dark, I have been since I was little. It has gotten better as I've gotten older. The main light switch in my bedroom has a dimmer so I can adjust it from really dark to really light. It's so cool and can be really romantic when you want it to be.

I only freak out about the dark after I watch some sort of scary movie.
then I would prefer to sleep with some light on. not a night-light though. :)

I had the whole boogeyman and open closets and closed doors
and darkness stuff when I was younger but now it must be pitch black for me to sleep properly. I think most people have some form of being afraid of the dark when young and grow out of it.
