I am not looking for search engines. I am looking for web directories that list websites and not just names or phone numbers.

I use info.com, you can switch between US and UK at the top right.
This is an awesome search engine. I have this set as my home page.....

That one would work for the Us.
Not sure about a uk web directory though..
