I blend my own curry powder from the bulk spices at the Natural Food Store. I love to make an eggplant and mushroom curry, and I love to make a chicken salad with raisins and add the curry powder to it. Eggs scrambled with curry powder is like a whole new food!

I loooove it. I use it in every stew I cook. It make the meat tender if you put the curry powder on the meat over night like marinade it Hm mm yummy and it make you curry look nice and rich you don't need soup if you are using Indian curry powder.
