It really depends on Andrew Bynum. He has the potential to be a hall of famer, but it doesn't seem like he has the work ethic to get there. He still has a lot of maturing to do and that comes with time. If Bynum continues to work with Kareem and continues weight training, there will be no stopping him. He also needs to work on his speed and learn the game better though. To answer your question, Bynum, if he plays to his potential, should end up being one of the top 50 all time players by the time he ends career.

Andrew Bynum has all the chance in the world to become the next dominant center in the NBA. With the great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as his mentor, sky's the limit for this kid. He is a great shot blocker. He gets the ball to his open teammates when he gets trapped in the low post. Being on the same team as Kobe Bryant will take the pressure off him and he'll be able to strut his stuff. And once he gets that famed skyhook of Jabbar, he'll be very difficult to defend in the post.
Of course, all this will only be possible if Andrew will work hard and listen to his coaches and mentors.

I'm surprised that Bynum has so much support. When I saw him play in Toronto, he looked like he had no clue what was going on and only scored two. Usually, the future hall of famers will show a bit more talent than he has shown in his second year.

He can be the next Shaq if he practises more. He is young and lots of potential but he needs to focus and turns up to training early. I just feel that he lacks the hunger for winning. He is crusing along with Kobe and Odom but when he wakes up, he is a 20-10 guy easy!
