I'm sorry to inform you that there is absolutely NO city in Singapore. Singapore is a country itself, which consists of no cities at all. We're too small to have cities in such a small nation.

You can only find hot spots like:
1) Orchard Road
2) Bugis Street
3) Chinatown
4) Toa Payoh
5) Bishan
6) Ang Mo Kio
7) CBD (Tanjong Pagar, Shenton Way, Raffles Place etc)

Normally, all Singapore kids study from:
Nursery - aged 3 or 4
K1 - aged 5
K2 - aged 6
Primary - aged 7
Secondary - aged 13
Junior College - aged 17
Polytechic - aged 17
University - aged 19 (woman & man), if aged 23 (man) it means the Singapore man has fulfilled his 2 yrs Nation Service
