Is muckraking legal?

Remember in the '20 s there were journalists that published all the dirt on local employers? I wander if it's legal today.

I do not think you are very smart even to think of getting involved in this type of behavior. If you do be prepared to spend a lot of time and money in court.

Sure is, just pick up one of the scandal sheets at the supermarket check out lane. If they can't find any dirt they'll just make it up.
