at the beginning of the season heck yeah but then they started to wear down shanahan really needs to work on conditioning. with bly bailey wilson and lynch watch out this d is gonna be a moster to deal with.

Not really. They started off ok, but they give up a lot of yards at bad times. Also they do not get a very good pass rush, too many former Cleveland Browns. Their best games were against poor offenses. I would not say they had a great defense during 2006 even though they do have a lot of good players at linebacker and in the secondary.
