Get another test, then if you miss next month see your MD. One missed period is not a big thing, but 2 missed periods might be.
Even a thing like the flu can make you miss, but best to get checked out.

When periods delay due to excess estrogen/progesterone ratio, bloating occurs. hormones go out of balance as a result of lifestyle, diet, several xenoestrogen chemicals in environment. You need to take either aloe vera pulp 10-20 grams daily for a few days or some ayurvedic tablets are there to catalyse the period. Allopathic tablets/injections are nothing but synthetic progestin hormone.

i have gone though this and if you tested negative for pregnancy then you are definitely missing it from some sort of hormonal imbalance, extreme weight loss/being under weight or stress.
i missed a period and got it the next month on schedule. i did get a test too and wasn't pregnant. the Dr said it was stress related and stressing about missing it made it worse.

You should definitely go to the doctor if you haven't already they can induce your period if you think that is what you really want.
I'm in a similar situation almost for about six months now. I did the same thing took about a zillion pregnancy test but nope... nothing! I personally think that it's because i've gained some weight... like 50 lbs in a year reaching my all time high... yippee :( My doctor said it could be diet, stress... I'm currently waiting for my referal to a female gyno so i can't give you more. All i can give you is that I noticed that the pattern is every two months now.

When you got the pregnecy test you didn't ask what could be there reason for the delay in you period? If you've only missed by a month, take a urine pregnecy test. Maybe you took the test too soon, and you really are pregnet.

I think it's normal if you miss a period for a month. It can be caused by different factors such as stress, hormone imbalance, changing of the environment, etc. Because of stress, the pituitary may not produce adequate amount of hormones that will stimulate ovulation. So you may miss a period. But if you miss more than three months, it will be wise to see an ob/gyn.
Good luck!

I am going through the same thing now...except that I haven't had mine for 2 months. I have taken 4 preg test and all came out negative. If I were you I would go see a doctor because you could have a cyst on your ovary. I have had those too. Good luck to you.

Did you recently get injured? I broke my tailbone and didn't get my period for four months. After that I said screw it and went on the pill. Have you gained or lost a lot of weight? Have you taken any different prescriptions or otc drugs? Have you gotten sick? There's a lot of different things that can affect it. If you are really that worried about it go talk to your gyno. Otherwise wait and see if you get it next month.

it has been known for woman to skip at least once in a whole year.
if you keep precise date of each one, you'll notice that each period is sometimes a day late.
I'm not a doctor but I am a female with a period and I have noticed my period change with my emotions and diet.
If i don't drink enough water my cramps will hurt worse. If my food diet is poor my attitude is more grumpy.
study your body and reactions to food and drinks.
