hey i have a question, i have this guy that i really, really, really like! but i cant summon up the courage to talk to him thinking i might get rejected? = ( yeah but i just have to ask is he interested? okay here is all that has happened... in one of my classes, i use to look at him and uhhh he caught me and then like one time i was looking and he caught me and we were starring at each other for about one minute! then like ummmm one week later, he sits in front of me for 5 minutes, i still dont know what to think! but this happens only during my class. other than that he doesnt seem to notice me when i look at him. what am i to do!!!!!! im lost and i have never felt like this since my first! please help...

Get over it! Are you talking high school or college here? I can understand your reluctance if it's high school but, if it's college, get on with it! And even if it IS high school, you can ask him out to eat at his favorite place - then talk about his hobbies or other interests. Gradually turn the conversation to your noticing him looking at you and him noticing that you're looking at him. If you don't say something soon, it will be all over, dude!

I had a slight problem like this during the summer when i first met this guy that at first I was in love.So i just kept speaking to him every morning, smiling whenever he looked back at me.This was a math class. So I introduced myself to him one day and we started taking about that class and I said that i needed help which I did need help. so i finally got this guy into my dorm room.I just knew we were going to do something other than math.To make this could be long story short we became friends and to this day we still visit each other but until yesterday he never knew my protocol.At this point he let me down easy.....lol.Not really but he made himself clear in saying that he's not interested in me or any other male.So this in return has made me not want to look at another male in that way again.For 6 months I played myself by toying with mine own affections.Now it's like Im finish with this love thing.I say go for it guy don't waste time like I did.email or IM me and tell me how it goes.

I would try and find out from others if he was gay. If so just go and talk to him! And if hes not interested youd know soon enough. If he is then Great!

so are you not sure if he's gay or just not sure he's interested in you? i would test it first, try to be friendly and find common interests, and if they're "gay interests" then you're justified in at least asking.
i should warn i have no personal experience with this.
