I am expecting my first child in 15 days. All that you feel, I also felt and I feel its all absolutely normal. Nothing to worry about the symptoms. Different bodies react differently.
My friend's sister had a misscarriage during her first (Long before) and she had waited for 1 year for the next. Now she has 2 cute boys, aged 9 and 5. Both are healthy and charming. Also the mother is in full health like every one.
When she carried for the second time, she had the same problem of worrying. (I was bit grown enough at that time to understand what was going on). Doctors advised her "Worries will cause problems". Feelings also affect the growth of the baby. So do not worry at all. Be happy and get a very cute baby.

I don't think you have anything to worry about at all, but that alone won't stop you from worrying. Are you taking folic acid? And iron supplements? It may be more beneficial to the baby for you to get your iron from food, though. I like spinach, but I know a lot of people don't, so try this: Buy baby spinach, raspberries and a raspberry walnut vinnaigrette for a salad once or twice a week. It's pretty good. Also, get more sunshine. It really can make you feel better.
You are already past the time when you were most likely to miscarry. My youngest son was born one year after I miscarried, and he is absolutely perfect. He started reading at two years old, is bright and articulate, and has no health problems. He is also cute and funny, and I could go on for days about what a joy he is. I really think that is what you can look forward to in your new baby, too.
Go out and buy the baby a nice soft blanket and a book. It will make you feel better.

Nope, the nausia and tenderness usually is replaced by indigestion and heartburn right around now. Nothing unusual there. You really are in the clear now. Not many pregnancies are threatened at this stage. I think onceyou can feel the baby kicking you, you will feel much better.
I worried non stop, too, and now have a very healthy little girl.
Check how things should be going at www.americanbaby.com. That may help calm your fears.

i lost weight the first three months, i threw up the whole time. no two pregnancies are the same so if you dont feel the same its normal. im sure the baby is doing fine if the doctors say it is, worry can cause the harm so stop it, i never heard of enjoying being pregnant, its a horrible feeling. but stop the fussing. you are ok.

Unless you know you have some kind of disease or abnormality or a chronic disease that could be hereditary runs in your family you have little to worry about.....especially since you are faithfully seeing your physician. Ask your Dr. where you can meet and talk with other pregnant women. The exchange of information, feelings, and commisuration, if any, should be very comforting.

Self-visualization
Before going to bed; imagine your baby happy and healthy inside your belly having a really good time
Imagine that you are having a successful comfortable delivery and everything is going fine.
I use this method at the nights before exams and it really helps.

Hi,
Your best bet is to know that God loves you...... All the advice you have been given here at Yahoo, is God helping you. Ask Jesus to be the Lord of your life, get to know Him and how much He cares for you....Ask Him to give you a healthy baby and He will. Be attentive to eating healthy, and pray. (Praying is talking to God and listening He will speak to you, just ask Him to make Himself real to you) Go to a good Church that teaches God is a relationship not a religion. Watch Joyce Meyer on TV, the name of her show is Enjoying Every Day Life...
Love U
I believe..... U will have a healthy baby:)

I THINK IT IS NORMAL TO FEEL THAT WAY WETHER IT BE YOUR FIRST OR MULTIPLE PREGNANCY. I AM 33 WEEKS WITH MY SECOND SON AND I AM TERRIFIED. I HAVE NO REASON TO BE...BOTH OF MY PREGNANCIES HAVE GONE FINE...ITS JUST SOMETHING WE MOTHERS GO THROUGH. BEING RESPONCIBLE FOR A HUMAN LIFE IN UTERO IS A MAJOR UNDERTAKING...BUT WELL WORTH ALL THE WORRY AND ANXIETY.
