Yes, your team is very well balanced, the only thing I would change would be to evolve pikachu into raichu. If you want to boost their stats, just give them calcium, protein etc.
Charizard-powerful fire/flying
Feraligater-powerful water type
Pikachu-sturdy electric
Gengar-ghost good
deoxy's-legendary
Alakazam-one of the best all around psychic types.

Yes it's good, but are you sure you have their best natures? Natures affect the stats of Pokemon, so if you have a Modest Gengar, then that's good, because it ups Special Attack and decreases... I forgot. Just make sure you have the proper Natures. If you think their stats aren't what you want, you can always keep catching until you find the right Nature and gender.

yeah i guess-it also depends on other pokemon besides the high lvl stuff.try mixing lvls up and get exp share
