Depends on whether the person is vague or forward. If you pay attention when some one is talking ....you can hear the truth in their voice and mannerisms.

You can tell what a person's feelings are by the words he uses,the way he says them,and the expression on his face. :)

Yes I can feel the sincerity when someone is truly showing their feelings and emotions. Then some people you can tell when they say sorry or please or thankyou they are just saying it with no meaning just abusing a word everyone can say. So yes at least I can tell when someone is really showing their emotions and I can feel it when it real or fake.
