Is ter any course availiable for that....it should be of maximum one year course duration...And i wana try for any software course suiting for this...can you refer some?

Well, there is no way for anyone who could reply back about your situation.
those courses that you suggested do not match. If I were you , stick to MBA.
Are you a sort of person who wants a high paid job?
