I wish i knew my friend.
There has to be a will by the government to do this and while they continue to make money they will not do so.
A great deal of money is being made by a select few. They make money selling the arms to the government. Things must be replaced, vehicles, planes, etc so that is also another source of income for them. They make money through rebuilding the structure of the nation they are killing. How? By taking the money and keeping it, not doing the reconstruction at all!
They have their eye on the black gold of Iraq.
They are busy breaking up the world of Islam through organized genocide via civil wars, disease and depleted uranium with the horrors it contains. They want to establish a Middle Eastern base for the Illuminati New World Order and this is where they want to do it.
They want this so badly they were willing to deceive the American people and the world by staging an excuse to get in there. 911 was staged, just like so many of the other world events, to create a reason for war as well as to steal rights from their people.
Sadly they are now doing the very same thing as they did for Pearl Harbour, the Iranian revolution, and so many other events, in Iran.

Maybe if the two infants could solve it themsleves we wouldn'nt have to. Really get it together Middle East and act like humans and be responsible for once.
